MetroPCS and T-Mobile Seal the Deal

Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile have announced the official merger of MetroPCS Communictions and T-Mobile USA, forming what’s going to now be called T-Mobile US.

T-Mobile US now has a brand new combined total of 301 mn in PoP coverage, with total subscribers at approximately 43mn. 

According to the official press release, the combo of the 2 companies’ will enable 20+20 MHz of 4G LTE in 90 per cent of the end 25 metro areas inside the US after 2014. The corporate estimates its target five-year growth rates at 3-5 per cent for revenues, 7-10 per cent for EBITDA, and 15-20 per cent at no cost cash flow.
